Micallef-Inanga Piano Duo

The Micallef-Inanga Piano Duo have recently performed Robin Holloway's Gilded Goldberg Variations in Yale, Connecticut. The performance took place on the 2nd of December 2010 at Yale Centre for British Art. 

Jennifer Micallef and Glen Inanga will be performing Martinu's two-piano concerto with Orchestra Giuseppe Verdi in Milan. Three performances are scheduled for 31st of March, 1st and 3rd of April, 2011.

Breathtakingly difficult to perform and fabulous to watch, the duo once again proved themselves technically awesome with their symbiotic dialogue.

Taking at breakneck tempo, it was an achievement beggaring belief that accuracy was never sacrificed for flashiness or the impression of velocity.The Tarantella brought more pyrotechnics, and when it was thought scarcely possible for more adrenaline to flow, the duo was more than abundantly supplied.
